This is the first time I'm building a system, so, I thought I had take in all of your opinions. My budget is supposed to be about 1200$ not including the monitor or keyboard or mouse(I have them all). I do not live in the US or Canada so I will be looking inside a store.
This build will be mostly for 3D rendering, compiling, gaming etc... Mostly BF4, COD: Adv. Warfare, Alien Isolation... I do not require an SSD but shall be upgrading in the near future. Oh and of course overclocking.
Right now, I'm looking to get a Z97 or similar. I have created a build and ALL of your opinions shall be highly honored. I do not wish to go wrong in my first time and waste my dad a lot of money(I'm 13, you see). The link for my build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/RtNCqs
Oh, and the case should be having good airflow and mid-tower, good features... I myself do not care about the looks, but my mom does. I really do want to build it! Hopefully graphics card is Nvidia. 290 could be a good choice but i have heard that it heats up.
