wierd fps bf4?

Hi i have been having this problem since i got my pc? Sometimes (in large conquest maps) i get 60-70 fps on high and other times (in tdm / rush) i get 0 - 30 fps? most of the time restarting does the trick but is there another way to fix this?

AMD FX-6300
GTX 760
8gb 1866mghz ram

Post your build.

Download and run HWInfo - Sensors. Run the game. Post the Sensors results - usually 3 screenshots on TinyPic or similar. That'll show temps, voltages, clocks, etc.

its works fin when i restart my pc? any ideas?

i also average 50 degrees c on the cpu and 60 c on the gpu
