Unless I'm mistaken (hard finding info on it) it's an old agp video card. I can't imagine it being worth a whole lot unless to a collector maybe or someone with an old outdated system that's still running agp video cards. I found one that was a pci version (not sure if it's tnt2 or not) but is a creative labs ct6950 - out of stock, but their listing price was $39. I think I paid $35 over a year ago for an older radeon hd 4850 which is much more recent.
The right person in some odd instance might need it, but I can't think of much use for it honestly. Maybe someone else will have a better idea?
