Suddenly Windows Disk Diagnostic detected a S.M.A.R.T. fault on my BOTH H.D.D

Suddenly Windows detecting both of my Samsung(160 GB) & Hitachi(1 TB) HDD as S.M.A.R.T. fault and asking for backup. Few days ago I installed a new Corsair VS450 PSU.
guys pls help me, it's creeping me out.
p.s. No Warranty left.

HDDScan's output format is annoying. After rearranging the format so that it is readable, it can be seen that your Hitachi drive has an excessive number of bad sectors and should be replaced.

Your Samsung drive looks OK except that the SpinUp Time has fallen below its threshold value at one time in its life (001 versus 025). Currently it sits at 4800 (= 0x12C0), which would suggest a value of 4.8 seconds.

Thanks for ur reply @fzabkar, but now i can see my hitachi hdd's scan report is changing. will it survive ?
