HDDScan's output format is annoying. After rearranging the format so that it is readable, it can be seen that your Hitachi drive has an excessive number of bad sectors and should be replaced.

001 Raw Read Error Rate 055 055 016 0000002646209A
005 Reallocation (sic) Sector Count 004 004 005 00000000000663

197 Current Pending Errors Count 094 094 000 00000000000126

1635 (= 0x663) sectors have been replaced with spares, ie reallocated.

1744 (= 0x6D0) reallocation events have occurred.

294 (= 0x126) sectors are waiting to be replaced.

Your Samsung drive looks OK except that the SpinUp Time has fallen below its threshold value at one time in its life (001 versus 025). Currently it sits at 4800 (= 0x12C0), which would suggest a value of 4.8 seconds.

003 Spin Up Time 253 001 025 000000000012C0
187 Reported Uncorrectable Error 092 092 000 00000000030009

The number of Reported Uncorrectable Errors appears to be 9 or 3, but I'm not certain.
