would this work without a gpu?

Solution
Because if timing, I'm answering questions out of order. That build is an improvement, but it has not real future. You are going to run out of CPU fast. It works for Titanfall, but what about the next thing you want?

Back to your challenge. Titanfall minimum specs are slightly better than dirt. My old laptop will do the business. My recommendation is based on this: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/build-budget-gaming-pc,4021.html the Q4 Budget gamer.

not what im intending to use it for haha just some simple gaming is all but okay cause i was reading that the mobo i have listed is compliant with a series apus that have integrated r5 and r 7 series and the processor is an 8 series? i think? im just having some trouble getting parts to work i just somehow ruined my pre built and now i have an excuse to upgrade and i don't really have the money for a decent processor and a nice gpu so i figured i get a decent processor with bearable integrated grphics so i can install the cpu to that mobo and the integrated graphics will work out just fine? sorry for the long reply im just trying to do some research

Like big beef said, it will work. But if you're going to be gaming, you would be much better off saving up another $100 and getting something like this.

for right now all i need it for is league of legends and titanfall
did some research and the integrated graphics runs titanfall with an average of 45 fps on medium and thats with 4gb of ram but i'll have 8 which idk if that makes a big impact but im not to sure but yeah im not a huge gamer where i need 60fps and what not i just want the game to be playable i love titanfall and the insane audio it contains i would like to be able to play battlefield even at lowest settings but i can save up some money and wait to get a nice gpu, i was thinking a 750ti SC would be a good 1st choice

If you EVER plan to get a discrete GPU, I would NEVER choose an APU. The CPU section is just too weak. If you are taking the AMD route, I would be looking at an FX 6300 as RookieOfTheYear has suggested.

Okay donkey you caught my attention, i have an evga 500w 80+ certified psu sitting here untouched along with a arctic cooling rev 7 v2 heatsink and fan i ordered my case and the mobo i listed above but i can cancel, so if you can get me a case, mobo cpu, ram and maybe a gpu that can run titanfall for under 300 please do

If you already have the motherboard, then you are in a box. Any 'better' CPU will have no iGPU, so you will have to buy a discrete GPU. Your limited budget is forcing you to make poor choices (or at leas ones I would not recommend)

If you stay with an APU, get better, faster memory. The APU uses that memory for graphics processing and can use the extra speed.

Would this be a better configuration with the apu? would it leave any upgrade room for a new processor and a discrete gpu? http://pcpartpicker.com/p/NmsGt6

I went a little over to get a 260X.. Rule 1. Buy the best GPU you can afford, even if it means a slight stretch. The 260 is only about $10 less.

You have no storage??
You do not need a cooler beyond stock for this and you can overclock the CPU quite well on the stock cooler.

Read all about the System build I posted and they one the quarter before.

The CPU can be upgraded to an i3, i5, or even i7.
