I recently bought a d-link wirelessN300 ADSL2+ router(DSL-2750U) - so I could connect to several computers, obviously.

I have inserted the disc and followed what it said but it keeps saying "your pc ethernet cable is not properly connected."

I have checked the cable several times and I have connected my computer to LAN 1 as stated in the setup on the disc and I have also attached the cable for the internet.

All the symbols at the front of the router is in light as it should be so I have no clue what to do to fix it...

Could someone please help?

Solution
Try a different cable, and make sure it is fully inserted and seated.

If that does not work, the device is faulty and should be swapped out.
