multi color pixels moving around very bad pixelation on screen.

Hello everyone. My wifes computer has started to have a problem with multi color pixels moving around on the screen. Very bad when videos are playing.

I have updated the drives, changed the DVI cables to a new DVI-d dable, checked the temps (below) and updated the nvidia drives.

What else can i do to resolve this issue?

intel core 2 duo E8500
GTX 285
coolmaster 750w silver PSU
8gb ram (2gbx4)
(let me know if you need more)
PS the fan that shows very low RPM is the bios fan. its going out. will get a new one today :)

Your gpu is artifacting. It happens when you have overclocked it to an unstable speed, or just because its getting old. You can try to lower the clockspeeds of your gpu and lower the voltage with it a bit.
If that doesn't help, then you need to get a new gpu im afraid : / .

Thats what i was afraid of :(

I am in luck though, just upgraded my PC's 6950 to a 970 so i have a couple 6950's waiting!
