Why I am getting fps drops ???

Hello everyone, I am playing call of duty advanced warfare at max settings but anti alising x2, I get 60fps on all of games but many times my fremrate drops from 60 to 1 or 4 or 14 and many times the screen freezes for 2 or 3 seconds in game I DONT KNOW WHY ?!

MY PC SPECTS :-

1. intel i5 4670k OC ( 4.0 ) Ghz with Thermaltake Advanced frio cpu coller good cooler

2. GPU: Sapphire R9 270x 2GB

3. 8 GB ram

4. 1 TB hard disk 7200 rpm

5. Motherboard : MSI z97 G45 gaming motherboard

6. PSU : thermaltake smart se 630w


please help me !!!

Maybe the cpu, or gpu overheat, using the software to monitor like this http://www.hwinfo.com/download.php

or maybe the PSU too, just like the review said " The 12v reading went beyond the 5% tolerance for ATX Specifications on load as it drops below 11.4" " my concern is how the 12V drops quite far beyond 11.4 and there’s no details on circuitry protection." http://www.goldfries.com/hardware-reviews/thermaltake-smart-se-630w-power-supply-review/ you can check the +12V, +3.3V, or +5V from HWiNFO64 too. If the PSU has problem, get the better brand PSU, check the PSU tier list. http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html
