Getting games to use AMD GPU over CPU

Hey Tom's peeps. I've been playing South Park: Stick of Truth on Steam and, while it is not demanding game, I do have one issue.
I checked HWMonitor and temps for CPU are above 50, while temps for GPU are lying low at 37. Now, that may be fine in terms of temps, but I'd still like to have the game rely on the GPU.

I have an R9 280 (HD 7950), so I use Control Catalyst Center. Was messing around with it but still haven't found a way. Tried right-clicking the .exe of the game for Properties but nada. Tried Steam's settings but they're useless.

I only have the one, dedicated GPU, so it's already my default.

Some games demand more cpu then gpu. In this case your game just requires your cpu to work harder. And i've played the game too with my fx 8320 and r9 280x. And i had the same. My cpu went too 45 ( normally 30) Celcius and my gpu stayed at 40-35.
