random alt tabbing

Ok, I've been having an issue with alt-tabbing in all of my games, mostly games are noticeable, but as i type this, i get an alt tab that stops me from typing. But back to the topic, I've been getting very irritated because alt-tabbing while playing CSGO or league of legends is a large problem. I have an i7 3770, GTX 760, 16 GB ram, windows 7, and so far I've found out from playing binding of isaac, that whenever this issue occurs, wermgr pops up in processes, i did a little looking and found out its a windows problem reporter, so I'm wondering if this is the problem itself, or if windows is having a problem and if I should just do a full system reformat. and if it helps at all, i've gotten this alt tab issue 4 times while trying to type this post

Well, I actually figured it out, I asked a friend about this and he recommended something, he told me to go to msconfig and turn off everything except for windows programs, then I figured out a bit more, I then downloaded malwarebytes, ran it, and it found 51 items DESPITE ME SCANNING WITH NORTON and my problem seems to be fixed, hope it helps
