Where and how do I update a ASUS BIOS for a Sabertooth Z77

Lately I've been having trouble where my computer won't shut down properly and automatically reboots while playing a game or something. Does anyone have procedures on how to update asus bios, because I believe that is how it can be fixed. If you can, thank you.

I've been coming across multiple threads with similar problems and made the assumption it has something to do with asus bios.
I believ my specs are a
RM750 from Corsair
Intel core i7 processor
Sabertooth Z77 Motherboard
Geforce 570 GTX 1280 mb
Not sure about my cpu
Cooler Master HAF 922 as my case
8 gigabytes of ram
I believe those are my specs. I replaced the power supply from a TX750 for a warrantied RM750 about a month ago. Same problems are still occuring, where the computer will not shutdown properly, only the monitor does. Then come the power surges, usually when playing games like Garry's Mod.
