Since this is ancient history for me, can you help me choose a cpu for work?
I found an Intel Pentium 4 3.20GHz and an Intel Pentium D 940 @ 3.20GHz
The 1st 1 i read is dual core and has a ~750 score on passmark, the other 1 is single core kai ~380 passmark score.
Thne pentium 4 was in a IBM mobo if that matters btw
Since its the same socket and i have an 775 mobo i can fit any of these i guess.
If any1 knows about these cpu pls inform me since the info i find online is at least poor.
