will a corsair csm 550 power a r9 270x

Solution
the difference between the 2 cards is the size of the card itself. the cheaper one is an itx model which will be smaller for fitting into small cases.

Card Dimensions (L x H)
10.24" x 5.08"

Card Dimensions (L x H)
6.7" x 4.7"

the power supply is plenty of power for the card and will work with no problems. with that said and since you have not already purchased the psu, it is not the best quality power supply and there are better ones for the same price. the following are better ones at the same price and one is even 750w which you don't need but for the same price and better quality.... why not :)...

if i misread your post and you already have the psu but are only buying the card, then disregard and use the one you have.
