My laptop will not access the internet due to an error message: that I don't have a "valid" ip configuration? I have tried pretty much everything (regards to fixing the issues) I will attach some screen shots of my CMD results.

I have tried the following solutions:

ipconfig /all
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

netsh winsock reset catalog
netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log
netsh int ipv6 reset reset.log

Uninstalled and re installed wifi adpater.

Set to automatically obtain IP.

Went to services.msc and made sure the DNS was set to automatic.

I have also tried a new USB WiFi, but still get the same problem.

I have scanned my computer for any viruses (with 3 different programs)

Firewall turned off.

Reset Router.

I tried the following programs:

ComInRepair
Connectivity fixer
Tweakeing,com (Windows Repair)

CMD RESULTS:

Ik5H0bv.jpg

FNZv89I.jpg

fehTaNI.jpg

Any ideas how to fix this problem?

Thanks

I am connected to the router, I have also deleted the Router password so it's open. I do have an yellow exclamation point on the signal strength. When I click status it has: Packets sent 122 packets received 0.

So you are not connected, because the signal is to bad: packets received 0! Get closer to the router or change the channels to get a signal.

I'm right next to the router (full bars) all my other laptops can connect fine to it. Should I login to my router and switch the channel like you suggested?
