Stumbled across this on ebay. Weirdest mod I've ever seen. Has anyone ever heard to doing this?!?

It just looks like a socket 775 Xeon. There are plenty of mods to make a socket 771 Xeo to socket 775 cpu upgrade but this doesn't look like one.
