Built a new machine using onboard radeon 3000 GPU. Installed the windows 10 tech preview and am having issues. The display does not fit the whole screen and the 1920x1080 resolution is downgraded to something x 1024. Is this just a driver problem in windows 10 or something else I need to do? Monitor is connected with dvi

I'm not sure how this works in Windows 10 but right click your desktop and go to screen resolution. See if you can set it to the correct resolution. If you can't, this is assuming you have an AMD card, go to the Catalyst Control Center and go to My Digital Flat-Panels, and then click Scaling Options, and turn overscanning all the way up. See if that helps. If you have an Nvidia card, I assume it would be similar in the Nvidia Control Center.

same problems here... in Device Manager for ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics (Display adapters), prompt
says "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems (Code 43)"
in Events: "Device PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_9610&SUBSYS_01551025&REV_00\4&456635&0&2808 requires further installation.
Any help greatly appreciated !!!
