How To Make A Bootable Flash Drive With ExFAT File System?

Hey guys, I was wondering, how do you make a bootable flash drive with exFAT on it?
Are there any utilities that can make it bootable on exFAT? I have tried formatting to exFAT but I got an error on YUMI saying that the device may not be bootable.
I have a 64GB flash drive.

exFat might not be a good option since it's a Windows file format. This might be helpful too: http://www.pendrivelinux.com/

Thank you for the links, but I think I'll stick with FAT32 on my flash drive.

You didn't indicate anything about using fat32, which would have made it much easier since it will work with Linux. You asked about exFAT. Anyhow, good luck.
