I've had this computer for 4 weeks now and my wireless was never working and when i mean that i mean my internet wont work unless a ethernet cable is plugged into it. In my network connections i only have Ethernet Network Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller and when i go check my network internet access i see nothing, not a single internet connect there. Is it my computer or is it the network connections?

If you are trying to connect via WiFI, then yes, you need a WiFi adapter.

In a laptop, they are generally built in.
In a desktop, they are usually NOT built in. You have to buy a WiFI adapter.

Very rarely. And it would be listed in the specs.

99.8% against that having a WiFi adapter, unless you specified it when purchasing.
