I have an urgent decision to make.
I am looking at getting an easily portable laptop to write, Web use, video, and stuff like that. MAYBE some light illustrator use or photoshop.
I'm looking in the i5 4gb range. I know the 8gb or i7 would be best for design stuff but I'm on a budget.
I like the idea of a touch screen although to start it wasn't a necessity.
The pen is a nice touch on the surface pro but I honestly don't know how much I will use it.
The yoga 2 pro seems like it will set better in a lap.
I like the quick boot up times of both. I like accessible.
I'm not a fan of the single band wifi of the yoga.
I am looking USED. I have a guy who will sell me a ideapad yoga 2 i5 4gb for $650
I also had a guy selling a SP3 for 650 but I haven't heard back from him so I'm looking more at 775 to 850.
You guys are great and I cherish your opinion. I have to make a decision in the next day or two.
