My first OC, a bit high temps (4.3ghz).

I did my first OC on FX 6300 followed by a YouTube guide

I didn't run a primetest but after playing WoW for like a hour my core temps jumped up to 51. I want downlock it to 4.1ghz only, how much voltage would I need? mine is up at 1,4v 21.5 multiplier with some settings off

Cooler master 212 evo I use
ASUS M5A97 R2.0 Mobo

51 is a perfectly fine temperature. Get over 75 then you can start to worry a bit.

For amd, you want to stay below 61C. Your temps are fine.

Ok thx guys phewww, I noticed that when I installed hyper evo 212 the fan points toward on the top of case instead to the exhaust fan on the back, is that bad position? because it was such a pain for me to turn it to different side but thought it didn't matter

I don't know what you mean by "fan points toward top of case" - there is only one spot the heat sink can go.

Oh I don't know I have Intel Stock an that faces downward. I would assume it's pointed toward exhaust.
