Programs and Applications wont open properly.

Programs on my PC will open but not properly. They would open and go straight to background processes in the task manager and no matter how many times I restart the task it won't open. In specific Razer Synapse 2.0

Going to simple things here, did you try a reboot? I've seen this happen before and a reboot always fixed it. If not, run a spyware and virus scan but you will need to use an off-line disk for that since you can't run the programs.

Avira Antivir has a rescue CD you can burn on another computer and boot from to run a scan.

You may need to run a repair setup of Windows if not a full re-install.
