Thanks mate that was actually quite helpful!

Having one large rail isn't always better. Imagine if you short out that single heavy rail. The amount of power will melt the wire and what ever it is hooked to. the separate rails are not always worse. Your original supply had 20A rails meaning 240W per wire. Since the high power cards require two connections, it can supply up to 480W per board. Plenty.

You should get a 144Hz monitor if getting a 970. And air cooler are much more silent then water coolers.

The Hybrid HDD/SSDs aren't that fast. I know the price seems good but if you don't need 2TB and can do with 1TB then I'd get a 128gb SSD and 1TB HDD. Much faster. The SSHD are essentially fast HDDs. The speeds don't compare with SSDs.

Second, get a 750W PSU as mentioned. XFX are excellent. Otherwise, excellent build.

You don't need a water cooler it's overkill.
You had an overkill wifi adapter.
I cut back on a few things to get you a 144hz monitor, and another monitor for multi tasking.
Do you really need a $145 keyboard?
Got an SSD for faster pc performance.
Are you seriously planing on using 2 TB of space? Switched 2 tb hdd for 1 tb.

Updated.
