What's Wrong With My Mobo or PSU?

Recently, when reinstalling my motherboard into my case, I've come across a problem with something between my motherboard and my PSU. What happens when I start it up, is that all the fans are working, but the devices that are plugged into the USB 2.0s aren't appearing to be on, meanwhile with my microphone that uses the front USB 3.0s, the LED is on, signaling it to be working. I'm confused how my computer can start up, but the USBs in the back of my motherboard aren't working, and I would suspect it to be something with my 8pin power supply connector in the back of the board, or something with the board itself.

Solution
The mobo and PSU are not at fault. It seems to be a malfunction with your USB ports only. It is a common problem. Try checking, cleaning and tightening all the connections of your mobo to the USB ports.
Also, restart your computer a few times to see if it helps.

Lastly check whether the earthing in the power source is proper or not.
You can replace the ports (if they are damaged).
