I built my own computer not long time ago and unfortunately it has stopped working now, my power cable is now connected and external USB connected devices are getting power but nothing on the computer shows any sign of working. When trying to boot up the computer nothing happens, not any sign of anything when pressing the power button.

This problem occurred after I accidentally disconnected the power supply cable while the computer was still running programs.
It's very sad and frustrating that such a nice computer stops working after all the hard work and money getting it built and I would love any help to get this fixed.
//UPDATE! Just disconnected all external devices including screen and keyboard, for some reason after I disconnected these while the power switch was off and then turned the power switch on again everything worked as I used to. I have now also connected all devices and everything seem fine. Does anyone know the reason for this and should I be worried that something might have happened to my computer?
