Does intel HD graphics has the same temperature from the CPU?

They will be similar, if your CPU is running at 50C, your graphics card may be running at 45C, and vice versa, My laptop has HD graphics on chip, and they tend to stay within the same temperature margin. That is unless you have a board where they are separate, like coozie7 said.
