I can't speak for American prices but what i7Baby hasn't taken into account is your decisions on gpu and cpu. Speaking from experience as I have the same system (8350, 270x); you'll need a 990FX chipset motherboard (I myself have the GA-990FXA-UD5 from Gigabyte). You'll need a power supply preferably around 600w (I recommend the corsair CX600 or CX600M if you want a modular design). And finally you'll need the less important case and storage. I went dirt cheap and got a Corsair 200R and a Samsung 840 evo and added a hard drive later.

Hope that helps. I think that should come to lower than $600 but as I say I can't really tell.

EDIT: Don't cheap out on the motherboard. The 8350 is a power hungry beast.

Here's something, I haven't spent a lot of time putting this together so you can switch for some other parts if you really want. (Case, mobo, hdd, ram, etc.) This would be better imo.

I tried that on the second build I posted. But it ended up over $600. Can you try to do a $600 build in PartPicker with the cpu and gpu he wanted? Maybe you'll have more luck than me.

This is a tough build for under $600. Here's the best I could do. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/6YfqVn. If you really want to keep the 8350 (the main budget hogger inc. the motherboard) and you really need to stay under $600 then I'd suggest E-Bay. I bought my motherboard for like 2 thirds of the retail price just because it had been opened to show in store.
