Hello dear community,
I've got a problem with overal game performance.
To begin with at first I noticed it with Skyrim, I had like 30-50 fps on the highest settings, I thought I'd have more if I tune then down, so I did, but on lowest settings it was all the same.
I turned on MSI to see, and my GPU was always below 50%.
Next assasin's creed 3, was really awkward, same situation low fps, low gpu usage, but If I looked in ground my GPU usage would go higher and if I looked far it would go even lower.
I don't know what's the cause of the problem because my friend has bought the same PC, and he hasn't got those problems.
I tried reinstalling drivers, downloading Game Booster, CCleaner and many more, but noone did help. The temperatures are always below 55C so I guess it's not overheating and I doubt it's bottleneck because my friend has got the same PC and runs those games just fine. Also Mortal Kombat 9, 100% cpu usage 30% GPU, same on highest and lowest settings and same FPS also.

CPU: AMD Athlon(tm) X2 340 Dual Core Processor (2 CPUs), ~3.2GHz
RAM: Memory: 4096MB RAM
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6570
