I recently built a Gaming PC and my monitor is just saying "DVI NO SIGNAL" or "HDMI NO SIGNAL" even though I have tried both. I have disconnected my Graphics card (Sapphire AMD Dual-x R9 270X) and reconnected it with no luck. Any help or suggestions welcome

id check to make sure that

a) pci-e x16 is enabled in bios and
b) its set to use that first and
c) make sure if your mobo has on board video, that it is set to off or at least not to be used if a pci-e is present

if those dont work, id next ask what wattage your power supply i and ar you positive you connected all of the cables to it. i know that sounds dumb but its easy to overlook on some cards

Sorry to give you the worst news possible but it has a chance to be a DOA, if you have tried the advice from strangepork and everything I would probably go get it checked out with someone first, then see if it is working or not and then worst case scenario is that it is a dead card and you need to go get it replaced. Don't worry about it though, your warranty should be brand new and ready.

hey I have the same graphic card.
Did you connect the two 6 pin power connectors to the gpu???
did you plug in your dvi/hdmi cable to the motherboard or gpu? connect it to the motherboard first and check for display and then connect it to the gpu and check for display.
