About the gtx 970 pny edition

So, here in my country, all of the gtx´s new gen edition sold out, and there is this pny gtx 970 left, is like 100 dollars cheaper (im from mexico so i converted the amount) than the others, and i was pretty tempted to it, i mean it has the same specs that the asus strix etc, so i just wanted to know, if someone has this card or if someone knows about it, what do you thing, should i get it?

Thanks, well i was wondering about the power of this card since there are no much reviews about it on youtube or other forums, and well the few customers that own one say it works well, but since is not a so comercial brand like asus or gigabyte i though maybe it had some issues D:, by the way, if you can help me with sometime else i will be so thankfull, how does the power conection works with this cards? i mean, it says it needs 2 x 6 pin Aux input, but i dont quite understand how that works, it will be my first time building a pc so i dont have to much knowledge, would any 500 watts or more power supply be enough for my system? i have all the essential things, tha case has 3 fans , and i bought an ssd, but everything else is just the essential for a pc.
