H55, corsair hg10. HELP!

Hi. I have a question. Corsair H55 hydro AIO cooler, comes with pre-applied thermal paste. My question is: "Should I use the pre-applied one, on my r9 290 core, or should I remove it?"

If you do make sure it is a non conductive paste, Arctic MX-2 is a good non conductive paste, it is better to use a good thermal paste anyway. You don't really know what paste is applied, so to play ut safe better to use something guaranteed.
