I will SLI and i will buy new monitor after 1 year. I will overclock at minimal range without giving voltage (4.4-4.6 ghz).

How is that system looks, do you have any recommendations?

-Intel Core i7 4790K
-COOLER MASTER TPC-812 V2 Cpu Cooler
-MSI GTX980 GAMING 4G
-ASUS Z97-A Intel Z97
-GSKILL 16GB (2x8GB) Trident X DDR3 2400MHz CL10 1,65V Dual Kit
-COOLER MASTER V750 GOLD 80PLUS 750W
-CORSAIR GRAPHITE SERIES™ 230T MidT ATX CASE
-Samsung 250GB 840 EVO SATA 3.0
-WD 3.5" 1TB Caviar Black Sata 3.0 64MB Cache 7200Rpm
-ASUS DRW-24F1ST 24X ± DOUBLE LAYER SATA DVD

This system costs 2400$ in my country; this is my disappointment but i dont have any other choice about pricing.

I suppose given the choices you have I'd just go ahead and go with the Cooler Mast TPS-812 V2 as frostytech does list it a few notches above the Hyper 212, although it's a couple of decibels louder at max speed. Unless you're willing to significantly increase the budget for the cooler in which case I'd probably recommend the Thermaltake Frio that's listed there.

You can have that cheaper imo.

I'd recommend a different cooler. The TPC-812 V2 was incapable of keeping sustained overclocks above 4.3Ghz below thermal limits on several Intel and AMD chips on many of the test reviews I've read.

I'd up the ante on the cooler and go with a good Noctua or Thermalright cooler. The Thermalright Silver arrow or Noctua NH-U14S, NH-D14 and NH-D15 are all good choices.

I cant add Evga Psu to my system due to dealer, the best i could find from my dealer is Cooler master V750. Thank you for quick evaluation and recommendations.

Apparently you didn't read the part about "his country".

You are right but the custom fees make this shopping impossible in our country. Unfortunately we are forced to buy inside country at very expensive prices. Thank you for quick evaluation and recommendations.

Where are you from?

I'd drop the GTX 980 and go with a GTX 970. It's much cheaper, can be overclocked to similar performance as a stock 980, and dual 970's only has 10-20% less performance than dual 980's, at stock clocks. Overclocked, again, the 970's can almost reach dual 980's, maybe 5% less. That would drop the price of the build by much.

Here is the link: http://www.vatanbilgisayar.com/cooler-master-thermaltake/islemci/?=&srt=PU

Unfortunately sending electronics are subjects to customs fee :) If you are volunteer; you can buy and bring me this system then all your expenses will be paid by me including your 3 days Istanbul holiday :) This will cost the same at total :)
