I have in the living room a modem router and it's connected now to the internet via cables.
With my smart phone i can see the modem router in the living room and connect to it.

But what i want to do is if possible to connect to the modem router from my pc to get into the modem router settings.
In my pc i have mode router another one different one and to get to it's settings i'm doing in my pc browser: 192.168.1.1
But the modem router in my pc is connected via cable to my pc.

I wonder if i can somehow to connect to the mode router in the living room wich is wireless from my pc so i can do 192.168.1.1 but to enter the modem router settings in the living room not the one that connected to my pc ?

On my pc i have windows 8.1 pro 64bit
The modem router connected to my pc wich is also wireless but connected to my pc with a cable is D-LINK N600 White.

The modem router wich is only wireless at the living room is black HotBox: model F@ST 3184 Sagemcom.

Do you only have one modem/router device in your house? You are connecting to the same device whether it's wired or wireless and the settings are going to be the same. Open up a command prompt and type ipconfig /all. The IP address under default gateway will be the IP for your router. It should be something like 192.168.1.1, which you can put in your browser and access your settings.
