Can't install windows 8 pc keeps restarting?

I boot from Disc and start to install windows 8.1, the problem is during the installation your pc has to restart several times. But when it restarts it boots from cd again and restarts the installation, how do I fix this?

Go into BIOS and set the default boot device to be the hard drive you're installing to. Or open the boot menu when BIOS pops up and select the hard drive.
