Black screen/Gray Screen/Multi-Colored screen while playing games or browsing

I recently got a new motherboard, RAM, and processor. Sometimes, while browsing the internet, my monitor will suddenly only display two colors, usually white and blue. While playing games such as LoL, I'll blackscreen. However, the programs do not stop. They continue while the monitor is erroring.

Is this a problem with my monitor? Or is it a problem with heating? I've updated all my drivers, DirectX, and all Windows updates. I've also cleaned out my computer of dust.

Specs, if they matter.

Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 7870
Processor: i3-4160 3.60 GHz 3M Cache
RAM: 8 Gbs G Skill Ripjaws X Series
Power Supply: Enermax Liberty
Motherboard: ASRock H97 Pro4
Windows Version: Windows 7 64 Bit

Probably a monitor problem, what type of monitor do you use(LCD/LED)? and connection type(VGA/DVI/HDMI)?

Then my friend its time to change it i think. LCDs shows this type of problem before completely going black. I faced it myself once.

Got a new monijtor, LCD, HDMI. It works fine for a while (about 3-5 minutes) but after that, it encounters the same problem. This time, it's only black. No more multicolored screens for me.

What do you mean? On tomshardware or GIGABYTE, my graphics card manufacturer?

Ok, so many uninstallstion and reinstallatons of hardware and software, I have figured out that Catalyst Control Center is causing this, on my computer. Problem is, if I uninstall CCC, games like Warframe will not be able to run. Strange thing is, my brother's computer can run games fine and has the same graphics card and drivers as me even without CCC. Is there anything. I can do about this?
