Will the FX-4300 bottleneck Crossfire-7950's

So my friend was wondering if an FX-4300 would bottleneck two 7950's and I didn't know what to tell him so he has his CPU overclocked to 4.5GHz and he has 8gb of ram, and a 850w power supply (for any compatibility issues I listed that)

Would it cause bottlenecking in games such as BF4 and Far Cry 4?

Edit: He ended up getting an FX-8350, R9-290X and getting 8 more gigs of ram

Solution
Overclocked it will last him a while but I would try to get a new CPU as quickly as he can. Most games use 4 cores so you may not notice the bottleneck on most games. You shouldn't see any bottleneck on Far cry or BF4 (SP)

What would be a decent AMD CPU for this then(under 130)
He doesn't have an Intel mobo so he has to go with AMD

get the AMD FX 6300 and a Hyper 212 Evo CPU cooler and over clock it

It's a good thing he has the 212 evo already, and do you think this will last him a while (the fx-6300 with xfire 7950?)

One last thing would you happen to know an estimated FPS for the fx 6300 and xfire 7950's on BF4 or Far cry?

Like most said the 4300 will be a big bottleneck to 2 7950s in XFire. Not as much with just one 7950. For $130 and under the best CPU you can get would be the FX 6300. They OC pretty easily with a good motherboard too which will help. A FX 6300 @3.9-4.2GHz with 2x GTX 770 SLI should be able to get an average FPS of ~95 and minimums of ~60. Not sure how you can compare a GTX 770 to a 7950.

Cool, so the OP should expect performance a little worse than these numbers then.

The 2 7950s still give solid performance.
