Hi I bought a used computer with windows vista home premium. Didn't think to get a disk with it. Just recently it locked me out saying windows not genuine. So I tried to upgrade with windows vista experience. Just reinstall home premium. Well it tried to install in low resolution..or something and it installed partially saying there is two operating systems now. I put the disk back in and usedbitbto boot selecting repair my computer I selected an operating system and clicked on load drivers..it brought me to a box that says open in top left corner then look in local disk c which gives me windows old and windows.old.000. I know there's a way to fix it from here I'm seriously lost....please help

This probably has to do with the person you purchased this computer from using the same key for a different computer. That means your install is invalid. You would need to purchase a new copy if he didn't sell you the PC with the OS as part of the deal.
