My motherboard: http://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/A78ME/
Case: http://www.corsair.com/en-gb/carbide-series-200r-compact-atx-case

My motherboard only has 2 fan connectors, described on the specifications of the Asus website, 1 CPU Fan connector and 1 Chassis Fan connector. I know the chassis fan connector is a 4-pin which I saw on the extended view on NewEgg( correct me if I'm wrong, if you would kindly ). Is there a reasonably priced and quality splitter for the 4-pin chassis fan connector so I can utilize my 2 120mm case fans? Sorry, if it's a dumb question as I'm not really familar with fans. Also, I tried looking for one and all I see is PWM ,which I don't know of. Thanks!

Yes, that will work fine.
Your case fans are probably 3-pin voltage control fans, not PWM, so you can use pretty much any 3-pin splitter. The three pin connector is compatible with the 4-pin header - there's a tab that you line up when you plug it in. It will just leave one of the pins on the header uncovered, as it's unneeded.
