It would appear that they do. It's going to be luck of the draw whether you get one that's stable or not. Asus published a BIOS update to address it, but from the various forums, the fix hasn't had universal success. Some folks have been able to "fix" it by downclocking their card and/or upping the voltage, but it seems less than ideal to have to fix a brand new card.
