Windows 8.1 Pro Crashing

So im having an issue with windows 8.1 pro 64bit. Explorer.exe, explorer.exe, and Windows explorer(that's how the names are displayed in reliability monitor) is crashing. Crashed on me 8 times today. When I open or close a folder or program ect. Does it randomly.

Solution
I would do a clean boot
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135
then
run
cmd.exe as an admin
(windows key +x then type A)
then run

sfc.exe /scannow
if there are any errors then the command
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

see if that helps, there are many other things you might have to do.
(malwarebytes scan, selective startup with msconfig.exe, check for hardware errors)
