BSOD on cold boot (after ~4 hours)

I am getting unconsistent BSODs after turning off my computer overnight and turning it back on in the morning. I'm getting errors like IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and memory_management and SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION, seemingly randomly. I'm sure I missed a couple of errors, and those were the only ones I could list off the top of my head.

Is there any driver update program you would recommend? This happens on and off. Sometimes it stops for a month and then one day it just starts bluescreening again. After a restart everything is normal.
