Best GPU for under £150 with my specs?

Hello. Sorry for asking, but I'm not sure how to differ between which AMD graphics cards and choose what is best for me so I thought I would ask somewhere with a bit more knowledge on the subject.

My mother board is a Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 (Either Rev 5.0 or 6.0, not sure how to find out) which is AM3+ and I believe it supports up to the FX-8370.

So I'm asking, considering I can up my FX-4300 to and OC'd 8370 in the near future also, what would be the best AMD graphics card for my price range? (I currently have an R7 250)

Oh I think it's a generic 450w. It's just grey and I can't see a brand name on it so it's probably garbage all though it has served me well so far. I'm going to upgrade it regardless though, probably to an XFX PSU.
