SSD Installed computer wont boot

there a windows update bug and nvidia video cards. your system may not be shutting off but falling over to the onboard video port if you have one. if it is shutting down check for wires in the fans or a cpu or gpu fan not working and the system is shutting down to save itself.
So I logged in as a guest user on my laptop and it logged in and switched user to my account, and it worked great. I shut down the computer and tried to log in directly to my account and it shut down. Now I cant log into anything. I start the computer and it just dies. It does seem that the fan is running a lot.
