They'll work and yes your mobo has all the ports it needs right there on the back to plug in all the 3.5mm cables for the 7.1.

No sound card needed it's built in those 6 3.5mm ports on the back are what you'll plug the headphones into well 4 of them at least.

Your mobo doesn't appear to have the outputs color coded consult your manual to find out which ports you will need to plug the headphones into 2 are for input such as microphone and 4 of them will output 7.1 to your headset I know it's kinda confusing.
