I am having a hard time choosing between a cheap but decent case and I stumbled upon these

Cougar Volant :http://www.cougar-world.com/products/pc_case/volant.html ($57 USD)

Cougar Solution: http://www.cougar-world.com/products/pc_case/solution.html ($50 USD)

Cougar Archon: http://www.cougar-world.com/products/pc_case/archon.html ($45 USD)

And finally

Thermaltake Versa G2 : http://www.thermaltake.com/products-model.aspx?id=C_00001943 ($60 USD)

I have already used the Versa G2 in a previous build and it is serving me very well with no complaints, but I recently found Cougar cases available in my local computer store and I really never had a wide option of choices to choose from where I live (Lebanon ,Middle East) and these Cougar cases do have decent reviews and seem versatile for the price they are listed at.

what do you guys think is the best pick for a case?

Motherboard: Gigabyte 970A-UD3P
GPU: Sapphire Radeon r9 270x

if I missed any details do tell me. Thank you!

All of that got a bottom PSU placement. What you need to make sure is if any of that can fit your GPU nicely, not tightly and leaving cables got tangled on the gpu heatsink. If all of them can fit, the rest is just preference.

Thank you for your answer the Solution seems like the solution (see what I did there??) although the volant has this HDD/SSD access feature from the top which I'm not sure if it would come in handy for me,and they have almost the same specs but the looks play a role..tough choice.
