Looks good to me.

Since you don't have the unlocked processor for overclocking, you could save some money by getting an h87 motherboard, although the one you have selected will be fine.

CPU - If not overclocking, go with the i5-4460. The 200MHz difference won't be noticeable.
MB - Changed to an H97 board.
SSD - Eh... It is OK, but there are better options. Look toward the Crucial below or the Samsung 840 EVO for budget minded options.
GPU - The GTX 970 is a beast as well and has a much lower power requirement.
PSU - No. Look first toward XFX or Seasonic, then Antec or EVGA. Cooler Master is fairly far down on the quality list... 550w is plenty for a single GTX 970.
