I have a virus on my HP computer and cant get access to the internet. It has been suggested to me to wipe out the hard drive and reinstall windows. I have window 7 ultimate that was installed by the manufactuer currently on my machine and have the key code as well. I would like to re-install window 7 pro to match my other machines. My questions are:
1) How do I wipe out the hard drive
2) Where do I get the window 7 pro upgrade and what type of upgrade do I need and how much are those upgrades?
3) If I don't upgrade, how do I get another version of window 7 ultimate to reinstall on the computer
4) Since I cant access the internet with the current virus can I still get a dvd to re-install the window 7 upgrade? Who has them?
