Reliability is only a matter of board builder (EVGA, MSI, Sapphire, ASUS, etc...) AMD and Nvidia only build the chip on the board.
I found another card a little better : A R7 260 which perform 40% better than A Nvidia 650

You could also say that the R7 260X performs very similar to the NVIDIA GTX 750 or even the 750Ti.

As you can see A R7 250 will perform 40 % less than a R7 260. So for 70 instead of 60 you get a 40 % boost. Go for the R7 260, you will not regret it.
Also to Sora, a 750 or a 750 Ti cost too much and this is why we don't focus on those cards.
