Monitors, mouse and keyboard dont work after installing new cpu cooler

Hello there,
I have just installed my Hyper 212 evo cpu cooler and when i brang it back upstairs and rigged it up, my monitors, mouse and keyboard arent working. I have made sure all cables are in, ive turned my monitors on the right mode and i have turned my pc on and off.
What should i do?

Remove the CPU cooler and replace it back with the old one. Test it again and see if it is definitely the new CPU cooler.

I assume the keyboard normally has a light. But if the monitor isn't working, how do you know the mouse isn't working?

Are you sure you didn't unplug or knock a power plug out of whack while installing the cooler? Forget to plug in the extra 4-pin power for the CPU maybe?

Every cable that should be in, is in and all the components are in nice and snug.
I know my mouse isnt working because its a logitech g600 and it has LEDs on

So the motherboard light turns on, you get the POST beep, and the CPU fan starts up, but the GPU and none of your USB devices get power?

Exactly, the gpu fans come on though so they might come on.
no usb, hdmi or display port power
