3 gb used in memory when processes show less than 2 gb used.
I don't see anything out of the ordinary in that picture.
Processes, Drivers, and the OS have allocated 3.6GiB of virtual memory of which 2.5GiB is actually in physical memory. Of the 2.5GiB physical, 207MiB belongs to the kernel's paged pool and 133MiB belongs to the kernel's non-paged pool.
I assume that you have your page file disabled.

now i understand why some games crash because of memory. about a 1gb or 2gb going somewhere i do not know.
