One of my main concern is,will all the pieces fit together and fit into the case smoothly?

All the components seem good, you could probably go for a smaller PSU unless you plan to SLI in the future (which would explain your mobo). As for the case, if you put the list together on pcpartpicker it should tell you if all the parts are compatible, I'm fairly certain it'll all be fine.

I would buy a better case all the Spec series are more of a low budget case, and the 01 only comes with one front fan. If your budget allows look at a Corsair 450D one of the best cases made.
The memory is a maybe they make some good memory and some bad a link to the memory would be needed.

Agree with Zerk, you could also opt for the corsair 200/300R depending on your budget. I have the 300R which comes with 2 front 140mm fans and a rear 120mm, throw in another 2 120mm top exhaust fans and your PC will be plenty cool.
